What happens if something doesn’t look right?

Alphapals are made by human hands with love and kindness. Letters are hand-stitched and can be molded into shape. We check every piece for quality before it’s shipped to you, but we are human and once in a while we miss something.

If any of your letters are damaged, missing or improperly sewn in any way please let us know as soon as possible and we’ll be happy to replace or repair them. Contact us at info@alphapals.com. We strive for 100% customer satisafaction.

How are Alphapals made?

Alphapals cozy cuddly plush products are carefully made from 100% polyester all new material.

They are sewn with love and hand finished so some variation may occur.

How do I care for my Alphapals?

Accepted Answer

To care for your Alphapals machine wash cold separately on gentle cycle and tumble dry low. Use only non-chlorine bleach. Do not iron.

What is the expected delivery timing for my recent order?

UPS and USPS have suspended all service guarantees until further notice due to the global impact of COVID-19. As this is outside of our control, we cannot guarantee delivery timing.

Please allow extra time to receive your order, especially during the holiday season.

How long will it take for my order to ship?

We will process all orders within 48 hours of them being placed.

We are a small company and everything is processed by hand. We check every piece for quality before we ship to you. But please know, we care about your family and no one has touched your Alphapals in at least 14 days before we ship to you.

Due to Covid, we cannot control or guarantee delivery times. Please allow extra time to receive your order.
